Megan’s Bay Cottages is a tribute to Peggy’s daughter Megan, who passed away in 2010. She was a bright shining light in so many lives. She touched all who knew her with her grace and boundless love. Megan was a beautiful, nurturing angel with a deep caring spirit. She was the type of person that always stood up for what is right, no matter if she stood alone in doing so. Megan had Multiple Sclerosis and endured a daily battle of pain and difficulty, but always did so with a smile on her face and empathy for those whose struggles were greater than her own. She was a fierce fighter for alternative medicine and a champion for her own health, never succumbing to a victim mentality. Megan’s Bay Cottages reflects her beauty and the love we have for her. It has been named in her honor as a constant reminder of her vibrancy, her beauty and her love for life and family.
