In 2019, the historic building was purchased by the Gabi and Yoram Ohion brothers who, in collaboration with the Domus Negev company, upgraded the building, carried out strict conservation in order to give a place of respect to the place’s glorious past and adapted it for modern and advanced hotel operations.

Hotel The Negev
The historic Negev Hotel is the first hotel that opened in Beer Sheva in 1949 on top of an ancient Ottoman building that was erected in 1903. The historic building went through many incarnations throughout its 120 years of existence, but for most of its years it served as the main hotel in Beer Sheva and had the honor of hosting thousands of important visitors from Israel and the world who came to the city and the south Country.
