Hotel-restaurant La Sabina was born in 2016 from a family dream. Accompanied by the circumstances of the moment, in which Irene Ingraín was left without work, she decided to start a business with her husband, Manuel Pavón. Together, and thanks to his passion for the world of hospitality, they saw the opportunity to open their own business in a unique and idyllic natural enclave such as Castillejo del Robledo.
