The historical seal of the building, the result of the prosperity of the emigration from Asturias to Cuba at the end of the 19th century, can be felt as soon as you enter its doors. Its special cultural protection requires preserving the layout of the house, having therefore created a hotel with 14 rooms in which all are different in both their decoration and layout. Built on the Sella River itself with an imposing glass façade oriented to enjoy the Picos de Europa and on the other with views of the Town Hall Square , better known for the Plaza del Cañón . In the center of the square rises the cannon donated by José Antonio Samaranch for the most famous festival in Asturias, the canoe festival .
