The first ever to be born in the eco-sustainable tourism sector of Friuli Venezia Giulia, for the creation of which nature and the environment were fully respected, with low environmental impact technologies, using the sun as the only renewable energy source to produce electricity and heat water, through the photovoltaic and solar thermal system.
