  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund. Just email us at info@hotelsdestiny.com — no need for long explanations.

  • After 7 Days
    Memberships are non-refundable after this period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future renewals. We understand things can change, so if something didn’t go as expected, let us know. We’d love to hear why you’re leaving and explore how we might help. Cancel membership here.

2. Special Cases

We review individual cases such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent platform use.

  • Services not delivered as described.

  • Listing publication problems caused by our platform.
