Founded in the early eighties with the intention of offering the warmth and hominess of a quaint island guesthouse with the attention to detail and personalized service of a higher end hotel. A passion for wellness, the arts and the natural beauty of the island come through in everything from the food made from scratch on site with herbs from the lush gardens to yoga classes in the open air Ajoupa modelled on the thatched buildings of the first peoples of the islands and built in the traditional style by local artisans.
