It occupies a prominent part of the hill, from where you can see the immensity of the canyon. It is a place where domestic animals such as rabbits, sheep, cows and horses, as well as poultry, among others, are raised. It is surrounded by extensive terraces where potatoes, quinoa, broad beans, kiwicha, fruit and aromatic plants, among others, are grown. The aforementioned organic Andean products serve as a basis for the preparation of drinks and foods to offer to the visitor. It is currently operating on a trial basis and its inauguration is scheduled for next July 2013.
