The estate has been passed down from generation to generation for over a century; It was first inherited by his nephew Manuel , who in turn left it to one of his eight children, Bautista . Among other duties and jobs, the Soto family took care of the plantations of Albariño vines that surrounded the house, producing an exquisite wine that today would be part of the Rias Baixas designation of origin.

Casa Dos Cregos
The house was built in 1911 by D. Francisco Soto , priest and presbyter of Sta. Marina de Bascuas and nearby villages. We owe him the existence of this beautiful house that falls in love with those who visit it, as well as the name by which it has been known since that date; CASA DOS CREGOS (House of the priests). The lintel of the main door of the house attests to this, on which the name of the priest can be seen along with the date of construction.
