All the years of experience have turned Casa Julián into a piece of history, where illustrious guests have passed through. Precisely in the living room of the Hotel, the draft of the Statute of Autonomy of Asturias was drawn up. Casa Julián is located on the Cares River, in the Niserias Reservoir, in an incomparable natural environment and at the same time with excellent communications, 15 minutes from the Cantabrian Highway, 1 hour. from Santander and 1.30 h. from Oviedo. Being at an altitude of 57 m., we have a mild climate with an average temperature of 10ºC in winter and 22ºC in summer.
